Web Graphos accepts multiple payment methods including advance payments, milestone-based payments, and full upfront payments.
Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable except under special circumstances approved by Web Graphos management.

3. Intellectual Property

All project deliverables (such as websites, designs, or marketing assets) remain the intellectual property of WebGraphos until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to provide necessary content, images, and information on time to ensure smooth project delivery.
In certain cases, Web Graphos may arrange content or graphics, but this must be pre-discussed and agreed upon.

5. Limitation of Liability

Webgraphos strives to provide high-quality services but is not liable for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., third-party tools, hosting downtime, client delays).

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Sambrial, Pakistan.
